Zavqelio™ is owned and operated by Hangzhou Chenguang Zaowu Brand Management Co., Ltd. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Zavqelio™,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hangzhou Chenguang Zaowu Brand Management Co., Ltd., doing business as Zavqelio™.
We operate this website and online store, including the products, information, features, content, customer services, and other functions made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).
Our online store is hosted using Shopify technology, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer the Services.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced on our website, govern your access to and use of the Services and your purchases from Zavqelio™.
By accessing our website, using our Services, or purchasing a product from Zavqelio™, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Services.
Section 1 – Eligibility, Access & Accounts
By using the Services, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your place of residence or otherwise have legal authority to enter into these Terms.
When using our website or placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your:

- Other information reasonably necessary to complete your order
You agree that the information you provide will be accurate, current, and complete. However, product appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, display technology, manufacturing tolerances, and product updates.
Minor differences in color, texture, or appearance that do not materially affect the product's intended use may occur. Product descriptions, features, availability, and specifications may be updated when reasonably necessary. We may discontinue a product, restrict quantities, or limit sales to certain locations where appropriate. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Section 3 – Orders
Placing an order through Zavqelio™ constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is considered accepted after we have successfully received the required payment and confirmed the order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or incorrect/incomplete order information. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please carefully review your products, quantity, shipping address, billing information, and contact details before submitting your order. If you need to request a cancellation or shipping address change, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order at service@zavqelio.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has already shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
Section 4 – Pricing, Currency & Billing
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on Zavqelio™ are shown in United States Dollars (USD). Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change from time to time. The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, product prices may not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or other taxes/charges imposed by local authorities. Zavqelio™ currently applies a flat $5.99 shipping fee per order, subject to any clearly disclosed promotional exceptions.
Section 5 – Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout (including PayPal and eligible credit or debit cards through our authorized payment providers). Zavqelio™ does not directly store your full credit or debit card details on its own systems. Payment authorization and processing are performed by third-party payment providers.
Section 6 – Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation (up to 5 business days during high-volume periods). Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 10–15 business days
- Canada: 11–16 business days
- United Kingdom: 11–16 business days
- Australia: 11–16 business days
- Other international destinations: 15–20 business days

Section 7 – Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Before sending a product back, customers must contact service@zavqelio.com for instructions and return warehouse details. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Section 8 – Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, website materials made available through Zavqelio™ (including brand elements, logos, text, graphics, imagery, videos, layouts, and designs) are owned by or licensed to Zavqelio™, Hangzhou Chenguang Zaowu Brand Management Co., Ltd., or the applicable rights holder. You may use the website for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.

Our Services may provide access to technologies, applications, integrations, or tools supplied by third parties, operating under their own terms and privacy practices.

Section 11 – Our Relationship with Shopify
Zavqelio™ uses Shopify's ecommerce infrastructure to operate portions of our online store. However, purchases made through Zavqelio™ are transactions between you and Hangzhou Chenguang Zaowu Brand Management Co., Ltd. Shopify provides ecommerce technology but is not the seller of our products.
Section 12 – Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy, and certain technical details may be processed by Shopify or authorized third parties to operate the store securely.
Section 13 – Customer Reviews, Feedback & Submissions
If you voluntarily provide reviews, suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant us permission to use such feedback for reasonable business purposes like improving products and services.
